How do I see what a guest has already used from their package?

The usage list shows each draw — restaurant or front desk, and who recorded it — so "we never got our second dinner" is a question with an answer rather than an argument.

At checkout

The bill shows what went unused. Package pricing is bundled, so nothing is owed back; it is there so the desk can see it before the guest leaves and offer it if there is still time.

If the stay changes

Extend the stay and the inclusions extend with it — another night is another breakfast each. The allocation never drops below what has already been taken.
