Does SajhiloStay work with ZKTeco biometric attendance machines?

Most hotels that own a fingerprint machine still do attendance twice: the machine records punches, then somebody exports a file once a month, cleans it in Excel and types it into payroll. With ADMS, the machine talks to SajhiloStay directly.

How it works

1. The ZKTeco terminal is set to send punches to your SajhiloStay server ("cloud server" / ADMS settings on the device).
2. You register the terminal by its serial number. Only registered terminals are listened to.
3. You map each PIN on the terminal to a staff member.
4. From then on, every fingerprint or face scan arrives the moment it happens.

What happens to the punches

• The earliest scan of the day becomes check-in; the latest becomes check-out.
• They are folded into the same Attendance records that payroll already reads — no second system.
• Hours worked and the average working day are reported per person, over any period.
• With the duty roster, a 10:15 check-in can be read as late or early against the shift that person was meant to work.

Built not to be fooled

A PIN nobody has mapped yet is held, not guessed at. Map it later and everything it already scanned is recovered. Staff who have left — accounts switched off — drop off the attendance board.

Into payroll

Payroll works out salary, bonus and deductions, including TDS and SSF/CIT, records salary advances in cash or by cheque, and is locked once paid. See also salary advances.
