Yes — send us your files and we bring your rooms, rates, guests and upcoming bookings in for you before you go live. It is part of setup, not a paid extra.
Almost every property we set up arrives with a spreadsheet, a register, or both. Moving that across is our job, not yours.
What we can bring in
- Room list, room types and rates
- Guest details and past stay history where you have it
- Bookings already confirmed for future dates
- Supplier and staff lists
How to send it
Whatever form it is in — an Excel file, a Google Sheet, even clear photos of the register. Send it over and we will tell you honestly what we can and cannot bring across before we start.
Keep your old register running alongside for the first week if it helps you sleep. Most properties stop using it within days.
