How long does it take to set up SajhiloStay at my hotel?
We load your rooms, rates and staff for you, then train the team on site or online. Both are included in every plan, at no extra cost.
For a typical hotel, homestay or lodge, going live is quick — and almost none of the work lands on you.
What we do before you start
- Load your real room list, room types and floor layout
- Set your seasonal and festival rates, plus any agency rates you already use
- Create staff accounts with the right permissions for each role
- Bring across your existing bookings and guest list from Excel or a register
Then we train your team
Training happens at your property or online, whichever suits you, and it is included in every plan — there is no separate setup or training fee. Front desk staff usually need about an hour: check-in, check-out and taking a payment are the only three things they must know on day one.
What if we get stuck later?
Support is included too. Call, WhatsApp or email us and a real person who knows your setup answers — not a ticket queue.
